I am really glad you are here.
If you are used to coping alone, reaching out can feel like a big step.
You may be carrying more than you realise, or holding experiences that do not fully belong to you. You do not have to do this alone. We can take things one step at a time, together.
I have always been passionate about people and about understanding how they became who they are
Like many people, my own life has included struggles, change, and questions about identity and direction. Personal therapy played an important role in helping me make sense of my experiences and find greater peace.
Through my own experience of relational therapy, I came to see how transformative therapy can be. Being met with empathy, compassion, and consistency in a trusted relationship can create real change, especially when life feels confusing, overwhelming, or stuck.
Moving countries and adapting to a new culture also deepened my understanding of how unsettling change can be, how disorientating life can feel at times, and how important it is to understand yourself when life is shaken up.
I work as an integrative psychotherapist in continuous advanced training.
Therapy with me is shaped around you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, with attention to how past experiences, especially early relationships, continue to influence how you relate to yourself and others. We work at your pace, in a warm and supportive space, so you can feel more like yourself again.
People come to therapy for many different reasons
Below are some of the areas I commonly work with.
Trauma, Anxiety, and Overwhelm
Support when anxiety, stress, or past experiences feel overwhelming, helping you feel safer and more at peace.
Relationships and Connection
Exploring relationship difficulties and communication challenges that leave you feeling stuck or disconnected.
Family Issues and Boundaries
Working with family dynamics such as blurred boundaries, enmeshment, or feeling overly responsible for others.
Support with shame, low self-esteem, or fears of being left, often shaped by early relationships.
Shame, Self-Worth, and Abandonment
Identity and Life Transitions
Exploring questions of identity, change, and direction during uncertain or transitional periods
Making sense of past experiences so you can feel more present, more at peace, and connected in your life today.
Understanding
the Past
You do not need to fit neatly into one category — these areas often overlap. If any of this resonates, you are welcome to get in touch.
Starting therapy can feel unfamiliar, and it is normal to feel unsure or nervous
The first few sessions are about getting to know you and what has brought you here. There is no pressure to share everything at once, and we will take things at a pace that feels comfortable.
Sessions offer a space to talk openly, reflect, and begin making sense of what you are experiencing — whether that means focusing on the present, the past, or simply having time to pause.
Over time, therapy can help you understand yourself more clearly and find new ways of responding to life, in a way that feels right for you.
Therapy works best
when it fits your life
You can choose the option that feels most comfortable for you.
Face-to-face sessions
In-person sessions are offered in calm, private settings across two locations (Kenilworth CV1 & Broughton Astley LE9) , providing a quiet and supportive space where we can meet and work together at a comfortable pace.
Online sessions
Flexible online sessions, allowing you to attend therapy from a space that works for you and feels familiar. This can be a helpful option if you prefer to work from home or need greater flexibility around location.
Choice of language
Sessions are available in English or French, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and familiar to you. Working in your preferred language can make it easier to connect with your thoughts and emotions and feel fully understood.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and I am currently undertaking advanced clinical training towards a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am also a Trainee Member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and I work in line with their ethical framework and professional standards.
Integrative means that therapy is shaped around you, rather than following one fixed method. I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you and your needs. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all.
The relationship we build in therapy is an important part of the work. We pay attention to how past experiences — particularly early relationships — may still be influencing how you feel, relate to others, or see yourself today. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping you make sense of patterns and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Feeling comfortable and understood is an important part of therapy. The free 30 minute video call gives you space to talk about what brings you here, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.

The first few sessions are about getting to know you and what has brought you to therapy. There is no pressure to know exactly what you want to talk about or to share everything straight away. Sessions are confidential and offer a safe space to begin wherever you are and take things at a pace that feels comfortable.

Everyone is welcome. I work with adults aged 18 and over from all walks of life, offering individual therapy for those who are looking for a relational and reflective approach. I may not be the right fit for everyone, and that is okay. If I feel another type of support might suit you better, I will do my best to talk this through with you.
If you have further questions or would like to talk things through, you are welcome to get in touch. Therapy is confidential, with a few rare limits which I will explain clearly at the start.
